1. Who is Experience Philippines? 
Experience Philippines® is a travel startup that offers themed experiences and surprise mystery adventures to adventure seekers who want to enjoy real and authentic connections.

 

2. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we do deliver nationwide with certain conditions. We only delivery our non-perishable surprise themed boxes. We deliver in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Delivery time varies as well. For Luzon, it takes 2-5 days and for Visayas/Mindanao around 7-10 days.  See attached photo for schedule and shipping rates. Obviously, COVID 19 is still out there, so shipping has to go through safety protocols.

3. Do you customized the items inside?
Yes, we do to a certain degree. It will all depend on the cost and availability of the item requested.  But, we definitely personalize everything from the design, to the letters, to the smell, the playlist, etc. It is our labor of love since our goal is to make someone be happily surprised.

 

4. What are your modes of payment?

We accept GCash, Bank Transfers and Paypal. But we are offering Xendit for debit or credit transactions.

 

5. Do you have a lead time for making the Themed Boxes?
Yes, since it is a labor of love. Allow us to 2-4 days to create the boxes before we send it out. It is also lined up in such a way that we work on a first come, first order basis.

 

6. Will you notify us when you will deliver?
Yes, we do notify when it is being delivered thru our Partner courier, Pasabuy.
We are currently, integrating with our partner logistics company who can provide real time tracking information on  your order once it is prepared and ready to be sent. Soon your orders can be tracked.

 

7. Where do I leave special instructions?
You can leave instructions in your cart before you checkout. See image below.

 

8. Do you do refunds and exchanges?
We do not do refunds and exchanges since the nature of the Themed Surprise Gift Boxes are done individually and personalized.

 

9. Do you do bulk orders to be given to different people?
Yes, we do. In fact, our Salamat Sayo Gift Box is designed to be given to team members, employees, bosses, managers, friends, family, or anyone we want to thank. For this arrangement, please message us directly so we can take into account the special instructions and shipping fees.

 

10.  Are you open to partnership, sponsorships and collaborations?
